Some slimy pumpkin seeds...man, that gunk is nasty! The seeds are currently drying so that we can roast them tomorrow...yum!

Ms. Aspen concentrating hard on her design...

Aspen and Chris with their finished pumpkin...it turned out so well!

Just call me Drill Master! :) This is definitely the way to go. Next year, I will spend a little more time coming up with a design, and use a slightly larger bit, and I think the results will be stunning! This is soooo easy! (once Chris showed me how to use the drill! ha!)

And here they are in all their glory...it's a little hard to see the "k", so you may need to double click it for the larger image.
Happy Halloween!

What fun photos -- I hadn't heard of this "drilling" technique :)
These are so cute! I am looking forward to carving ours next week :D
LOng time no blog for me! How cute were those pumpkins. So jealous. We don't really celebrate Halloween her in Australia. Looks like fun carving the pumpkins. Your 'K' looked great!
Seems like such a fun thing to do. My neighbours would prob think I was a devil worshiper if I did that at my place. Isn't it strange how its not celebrated here- its all just a bit of fun. I used to go trick or treating as a kid but most people ididn't get it!
