I forgot to mention one of my purchases while in St. Louis! I discovered that the Carrie Underwood cd was already out, and I didn't even know it! So, I just had to get it.
Overall, I really like the cd. For her first one, it's really great...she sounds wonderful, and I feel so proud of her! Isn't it funny, how watching her all season and seeing her win, it's like we've watched her evolve and grow as an artist?
I'm proud of her like I know her!
Like I always do, I've been listening to the cd over and over again. I like to really get to know a cd when I first buy it, learn all the words. There are many I really like, and a few that are just okay. The one that gets me singing loud is her one about the cheating boyfriend, there are lots of whitty little lines in this one. I definitely say try this one out. She sounds like a professional.
She sounds like, yes, she most definitely should have won American Idol!!! :)

Will have to check it out. I love American Idol, and Carrie has such a gorgeous voice. Think I may go now and spend my itunes gift certificate on it...
