At lunch today, Chris and I played around with our new camera a little bit...it was a beautiful sunny day and we thought we'd head outdoors for a bit to try out the sports mode function. It does pretty darn good, even with our limited knowledge of the camera right now!
Ocho was more than happy to play along, as long as his tennis ball was part of the fun!
I can't wait to try the camera out on some sports. Basketball, which has given me much difficulties so far, should be so much better with this camera. With the sports mode, along with the ability to rattle off 6 shots per second, I should be able to get some decent shots. And for soccer...my soccer photos will be awesome now!! Too bad the season is over...there IS the upcoming Boston marathon though...and I am bound to get some stellar shots from that one.
Foster even wanted to play along toward the end...I love this one, and how Ocho is framed perfectly in Foster's legs...
Just a little photo share...as we learn more about this camera, we become more and more excited to try it out!
Tonight: have to head out to pick up a gift...pick up a prescription...and turn in a roll of film that I found in our 35mm camera bag...have no idea what is on it...that'll be fun!!!

Great photos! What kind of camera did you get? Even though mine is just fine, I'm itching for a new one...We're just never satisfied are we?
