FYI - The apple pear? It was DELISH!! I really enjoyed it and will be buying many many more. Yum. And my cyber friend Ashley Beth gave me a tip on the jicama...so tonight, I'm going to soak the strips in lime juice for a bit, and that is supposed to make it really yummy. I'll give it a try!

I can't believe you didn't include your prestigious stint as a graphic designer at The Commercial Dispatch! At least you owned up to living here for a while. LOL! When you start getting in your 30's it is bizarre to see how much you've done, isn't it? And then think of what you'd still like to do. Have an awesome photo shoot!
