:: Today, I received my Pampered Chef order! And as luck would have it, I had Big Salads on the menu for tonight. So I was able to test that puppy out. Lots of fun! And got my stuff chopped up much quicker too...Kim also snuck a free utensil in there, she's so good to me! Can't wait to try that one out too. I got my olive oil all loaded up in my spritzer bottle, so now I don't have to use Pam anymore. No chemicals! :)
:: Also received my Winkflash order with the last batch of Ellery photos...so now I can finish up the album and get it to her. Four pages to go...
:: Today was my dermatologist procedure...it went much better than I thought it would. I left work at 3:00, my appointment was at 3:15, and I was on my way back to work at 4:00. They did the biopsy about a month ago, and determined that it wasn't cancer...however, the doctor did still want to remove the entire bump, just to be safe. They numbed my upper cheek, and then he removed the spot. It wasn't huge, but it did go deeper than the surface. He then put in three stitches, and we were done. I have a piece of gauze and a bandage on there now, and for the next 48 hours. Then I can clean it and put on a smaller bandaid. Will do that until at least next Monday when I go to get the stitches removed. Hopefully it won't leave much of a scar, as it is right below my eye on my cheek.
:: Chris came home from errands on Sunday with an armful of fresh flowers for me! Beautiful plum daisies, and some gorgeous yellow and orange gerber daisies. Oh, so happy to look at! I even took a vase with a single gerber for my desk at work, and it sure brightens it up. He's so sweet...
:: Received final approval on the big project I sweated over and worked the weekened on...printed out the first batch today and feels soooo good to have it wrapped. Will have to print some more, but otherwise it's a done deal. Received some very nice kudos from my boss today, and it always feels great to receive honest appreication like that. I have a great boss...I'm a lucky girl...
:: My co-worker who is in charge of the company's incentive trips got home today from her 7 day site-inspection of the cruise trip. As part of her job, she has to go beforehand to learn all about the trip, talk with the people in charge of functions, make sure the accomodations are adequate, etc. Sounds like a sweet job, but if one thing is wrong, it makes for a stressful time. At any rate, I bring this up because she says this cruise is amazing...she said that St. Lucia, St. Marten, San Juan and all those places down there are so beautiful and they had a great time. So I had better double my efforts to get us on that guest list!! Since Chris is a manager, he is on a rotation for the trips. That rotation was the last trip, to Jamaica. So this trip, it's all on me...I hope we'll get to go but the competition is pretty fierce...so we'll see...
:: Well, I'm feeling motivated to work on the last 4 scrapbook pages, so I'm signing off...ta ta!

Glad you got to use your chopper last night! we love ours. It's worth the money I think.
Glad that the visit to the dermotologist wasn't as bad as you thought it might be. I'm glad you got it all taken care of now and all is well!
I'm with you on the trip. I'm working my booty off to get to go as well. It would be AMAZING if you and Chris and Me and Gary all got to go on it!!!
