:: Big pet peeve -- people who put their Christmas lights up BEFORE Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sigh.

:: Life is a lesson in learning to LET GO. I've been so busy this week at work and at home...mega to-do lists at both. I stayed at work late tonight, trying to get stuff done. That to-do list is a little less flexible. But I must learn to let go with my personal to-do list. There just isn't enough time in the day. So what if the Murano doesn't get washed before our trip? Oh well if I don't have time to pick up my fixed high heels and my hemmed pants...do I really need them before the trip? I must scratch off the things that are not necessary and place my focus on other things.

:: I talked with a woman at work today at length about clean eating. I've tried to be very good about not talking about it unless someone asks me. I'm passionate about it and will definitely talk about it! She was very interested. She started off with, "Kelley, you are looking so slim. You have always been little, but you look different. What are you doing?" By all means, I was happy to share. Told her about the Eat Clean Diet book, and gave her the eat clean website.

:: I'm sure when I get to St. Louis with my family and friends there, they are all going to look at me and think, "Well, she doesn't look any different." That may be the case. Who knows! I can tell a difference in how I look and most definitely how I feel. And that is why I'm doing this. The fact that Chris, when I'm not around, is talking to people about my clean eating just makes me smile :) Icing on the cake I no longer eat, ha!! And whether my family and friends see a difference...well...I guess that will be determined soon enough! I'm interested to see.

:: Can't believe our trip is almost here. I'm looking so forward to it. Still lots of packing to do, so for now, this is goodbye! I'll have my laptop with me and will be posting...you won't even know I'm gone!
