:: Watching the Country Music Awards show this evening...it's had some pretty good performances. We missed the first bit, but have it recorded to watch later. Really thought Carrie Underwood's performance was amazing, and so very happy that she won Female Artist of the Year. She's so deserving. Love Sugarland, but wasn't too fond of the song she sang. I'm looking forward to Kenny Chesney's performance...should be up soon...
:: Chris and I went to the park for a chilly workout. He did four easy miles with his running buddy Jay and I ended up doing 5 on my bike...2 1/2 with them, and 2 1/2 on my own.
:: There's a commercial out right now that I just love...I believe it's for Kay Jewelers, where he slides the engagement ring down a string from the building across from hers. Too sweet. Love that...
:: Finally found a seamstress to shorten my three new pair of pants! Took them in to her this evening, and they should be ready middle of next week. I'm looking so forward to wearing clothes that fit!!!
:: Twilight has become such a phenomonon...it's a little crazy! In our office building alone, there are at least 12 people that I know of reading the series. Everyone comes to work carrying their black and red book, and reads during lunch and breaks. There's a movie coming out. There are posters being sold at Michaels. There are tshirts and such at Hot Topic in the mall. There's even a soundtrack, which my coworker so sweetly burned for me. Me and a few others have even talked my friend Susan into reading the series...it's addictive and contagious!!! This has sort of the "Harry Potter" feel, and how those books just totally took off and captured America's hearts. I do hope the movie does the books justice...
:: Our Christmas card envelopes arrived today, and I received notice that our Christmas cards have shipped off. Things are coming together!
:: As much as I could ramble on and on this evening with my random thoughts, I have a very engrossing book to be reading...so, back to the vampires...

OMG!!!! I have done nothing but read after I made dinner tonight! I listened to some of the music awards going on in the back ground, but really I was mostly reading. Book Three has not been a let down! Can't wait to hear where you are at in the book also!
Totally forgot that the CMA's were on...shoot! I read book one and I am starting book two..not sure I am obsessed with it as some seem to be or I am just really enjoying the books...we will see...good luck to Chris on the marathon...
