crazy stuff

:: Had a pretty busy evening and never got around to posting.

:: Our realtor came over to the house and checked it all. She's getting all the info ready to put it on the market. Crazy! Two years ago today, we moved into this house that we built. We can now officially sell without penalties/taxes. She's going to crunch some numbers and figure out what our asking price should be. And then I presume a sign will be showing up in our yard sometime soon. Oi!

:: We are meeting the realtor out at the house we'd like to buy this evening...taking Mimi with us to see it, now that she is back in town from her Florida adventure. I can't wait to see it again...and I'm taking my camera so I can get some pics of it.

:: Went to the airport at 9:30 to pick Mimi up...she thankfully had no drama on her flight back, all flights went according to plan.

:: More tonight if I can...I'm sure we'll be busy cleaning cleaning cleaning and getting some clutter out of eye sight. The realtor will be coming Wednesday to take some photos of the rooms to post online. This all seems to be moving swiftly, but I have to remember that it is a different situation than the last time. Last time was much slower because we had 6 months of house building to go through. This time, we've found a house and don't want it to slip away!
