:: Ahhhhhhhhhhh...what a fabulous weekend!! Fabulous! I truly enjoyed myself at my scrapbook retreat this weekend. Great time spent with girlfriends, lots of food eaten, and many many pages accomplished. I took about 57 preplanned pages to work on, and ended up with a total of 54. Not too shabby indeed. And of the 54, there was really only one that I didn't really like. Not bad. A great time was had by all I believe...
:: Chris took Aspen to Dallas for her running camp today. Should be a very interesting and challenging week for her. Can't wait to hear stories when she gets home!!!
:: Trying to get Rent-a-Rake here to clear out our flower beds...the weeds are as tall as me, and they've got to go with our house on the market. They've rescheduled twice due to the rain, so hopefully tomorrow will bring a nice sunny dry day!!!
:: Chris is going to the Rangers game tomorrow evening with his department, so it will be just me and Mimi tomorrow night. I think I'll make us my mom's famous chicken salad that we both love. And due to my fun weekend, I have to grocery shop and do laundry tomorrow...play catch up...but, I will also be watching the Bachelorette finale...who will she pick??? Hmmm.
:: Wednesday I am hosting a Gold Canyon candle party for my friend Terry...hopefully I will have a good turnout for her. Should be a fun evening...I need to figure out what snacks to serve...
:: I will be off on Friday, yay! We have to pick Aspen up from running camp at 3:00, so will need to leave around 11:00. I might as well take the whole day...
:: Time now to get my grocery list ready for tomorrow and plan out our meals for the week...hope you all have a wonderful week!

I am impressed with your scrapbooking!!! I am so behind...I do a year book for both kids and both a year behind at this point. I hate that so much, but really things just kept piling up. I am excited to get them both in school and just start knocking out pages. I hope Aspen has a great time...I am not sure about the finale tonight, I think there will be some stunt that changes the outcome....we will see!
What a productive weekend! And more importantly sounds like fun had by all. Can't beat those weekends. I have one in August, November and January coming up. I know I'm spoiled but it is a good time to work on those memories!
