I am very concerned about Ocho. He is my sweet boy and something is not right with him. I'm not sure the vet knows what is wrong, and the meds he put him on the second round don't seem to be doing any darn thing. Ocho is still hiding under the bed and won't come out. As soon as he does come out, he starts squealing horribly and his back arches up and his neck gets stiff and tight.
What is going on with him?????
I just want my dog back...he isn't eating or drinking very well, he hasn't touched his tennis ball since last Wednesday, he doesn't greet us when we get home from work with a wagging tail. Speaking of wagging tails, haven't seen that since last Wednesday, either.
It's been a very long week.

Hi, I read your blog once in awhile and have noticed that Ocho is having issues lately. Has the vet expressed his anal glands? I work for a vet clinic and we have a lot of dogs that appear normal, but are painful... and then we express their anal glands and they are better. It's just a suggestion and they may have already tried that!
