this and that

:: Today we had The Gutterman come out to give us a quote...he was supposed to be at the house at 5:45. He didn't show up until 8:00. And of course that is exactly the moment I was getting dinner on the table. Typical! He gave us a quote, and now we probably need to get at least another quote to compare.

:: One of our italian cypress trees in front (the very tall, skinny trees) has a bird nest in it, with sweet little eggs! I need to try to take a pic...

:: The book I'm reading "Learning"  by Karen Kingsbury is very good so far. I'm about halfway through, and she just threw a twist in there that I didn't expect. I'm happy that this is a four book series! I'm only on #2.

:: I found a recipe on Pinterest for fruit salsa and cinnamon triangles....I think this is what I am going to make for the crop on Saturday! Yumm!! If it's good I will post the recipe!
