back to normal

Here I am, back to normal posting! Napa is posted and recorded...wish we could go back!!!

:: Life is going well...work has been busy, but fine. We've been enjoying a lot of casual days because of the heat. That is always a welcome treat!! There are lots of renovation projects going on at the moment. They expanded our parking lot, and we were able to park on it this week! That helped a lot. They are expanding the front of the building, and they are finally to the bricking phase. It has been a very long project. They have also started on our new fitness center and the wellness nurse's area. Can't wait to see it all come together!

:: Aspen has been babysitting Chris' cousin's 7 month old baby...she's making some good money, and is actually going there and staying for days. It's easier on everyone. School starts for her on August 27th...

:: We are going to San Marcos this Friday and Saturday to do school shopping at the outlet mall there. Should be fun! We're stopping for dinner at the Fredericksburg Brewery, can not wait for that!!! :) Coming back Saturday evening...

:: Had lunch with Kim on Monday and enjoyed our time together. Wish we had more time together. I am so excited for her, she and Gary just celebrated their 20th anniversary!!!!! So inspiring!

:: I have been walking or riding my bike in the evenings, once it cools off. Gotta try to get the cardio in!!

:: Time to enjoy a glass of wine and read my book!
