:: Happy Friday!

:: Today has been a productive day -- I went to my doctor's appointment at 10:00, and then picked up some dog food from the vet. From there, I proceeded to work on our Christmas shopping and I was able to get quite a bit of it done. I think just a few more things are needed, and then I can call it done. Need to take stock of what I bought today, and figure out the rest.

:: Mimi should be coming home this evening...I will meet Chris at the hospital after he runs, around 6:15 or so. Then we wait for the discharge orders to be processed. That, my friends, is never a quick process. The hospital runs on a totally different clock. Mimi is very ready to be home. Her surgeon told her it would be a 6-8 month recovery time.

:: I've got the December crop tomorrow, as long as I'm not needed at home with Mimi. I am looking forward to the day with friends.

:: I brought home my reviews -- I will need to work on those Sunday. Gotta get them done!!!
