Happy Sunday!

:: Friday evening, Chris and I worked out and then headed home instead of going out to eat. We had so many leftovers from Christmas, we decided to eat at home! We enjoyed a very relaxing evening. I sized more photos for printing -- put in an order with Snapfish for 215 more! Getting things ready for our retreat in February!

:: Saturday, we spent 11:00 - 1:00 at the Ford dealership, trading in my Murano. With 100,000+ miles, we decided it was probably time. We also sold Aspen's Jeep to them, and ended up having to pay a little bit because of its condition. But, that was better than having it sit in our driveway while we continued making payments on it. Aspen was not going to get it back, so it was time to sell it. In place of my Murano, we decided to get a Ford Fusion. It is awesome, I am loving it!!!! We got white (of course) and it is a lot sportier than I realized. It has a sun roof and navigation. Love it.

The Murano...we had it for a little over six years or so. It was a very good car for us. It traveled to many places, and we never really had any troubles with it. It did have multiple, monster cracks in the windshield...and a big scrape down the passenger side. But overall, still a great car.
Maria took good care of us! We were able to get 0% financing, which is a plus. She has worked for Ford for 21 years, and we learned that she is not given any walk in business. All of her business comes from her past client base and their referrals only. I was happy that we decided to buy from her. Chris has gotten all of his cars from her, minus the Lexus.
The Fusion! She is purty. It will take some getting used to, going from a small SUV to a car again. But she is super fun to drive!
:: Saturday evening, Chris and I went to the movies and saw "Wild" with Reece Whitherspoon. It was a pretty good movie. Next weekend, we are VERY excited to go see "American Sniper" with Bradley Cooper. That one looks very powerful, can't wait.

:: Sunday, after church was grocery shopping and laundry. I also gave both dogs baths and washed their bedding. All fresh! We gave them some Milk Bone dental bones for Christmas, and that has helped a ton with their bad dog breath. Will definitely keep buying those!!!

:: Mimi is about to go on a date with a man named Lupe! They have been chatting now and then, and they have plans to go out on New Year's Eve. But he is coming buy tonight as well to take her to dinner! We are excited to meet him!! She met him at the place where she gets her hair cut. The owner of the salon is an ex-student of hers named Eric, and Lupe goes there. He saw her there and started asking Eric a ton of questions. How fun!

:: Chris is on vacation this coming week! :) for him, :( for me! I'm hoping for a quiet week at work so I can catch up on some things. I am off on Wednesday and Thursday for the holiday. Looking forward to that!!!
