:: Picked Ocho up from the vet on Friday after work...he was happy to see me, and not too groggy at all. It was diffifult to keep him subdued at home, because he didn't seem to be hurting much at all. Same thing Saturday. Sunday morning, however, he seems to be hurting. He can't get settled, he won't eat, he seems "puny"...hopefully he'll be back to normal soon...
:: Karly picked Aspen up Friday evening...only to drop her off at a babysitter for the evening. And for Saturday too. Why does she even pick her up?
:: I had time to do a lot of scrapbooking on the Ellery album I've been working on. Got 6 more pages accomplished. That leaves me with only three more to do. Yay! This brings my yearly total to 94 now...
:: Friday night, I talked Chris into going to Pizza Hut. We NEVER go there. But I was craving some thin crust pepperoni pizza, and that's the thinnest I can get here in Abilene. It was so yummy. Thin and crispy and delicious. And even better the next day for breakfast, cold!
:: It's Sunday morning and I'm about to take a shower and get ready for our adventure today. Karly is bringing Aspen home around 11:00, and then we are driving about an hour to spend the afternoon with Chris' cousin Matt and his family. Matt runs a ranch with lots of animals and land, so there will be plenty to take pictures of there. We'll have a nice lunch, and do some visiting. And we'll be taking Mr. Ocho with us, since we'll be gone too long for him to be alone. Plus, the way he's feeling, he doesn't need to be alone. Poor pup. Anyhow, I'm sure I'll have lots of pictures to share from our day...
:: Went driving around a few times, looking at all the new houses that are going up in town. We're debating the idea of doing what it takes to fix up our house to sell, and then buying a new house. This house is 20 years old, and there is always something going wrong. We'll see what comes of this dreaming...

omg - that pizza sounds delish!
Sounds like you had a fun day planned today ~ can't wait to see the pics.
I'm getting worried about that page total : - )!
Sounds like a nice weekend had! You've made me hungry for Pizza now! :)
Oh, and I know a new housing development going up in town! *big grin* It would be great, you would be damn near in our backyard!!
I had some left-over pizza for breakfast this morning too! But if you read by blog, you know how that ended...but I'm not holding it against the pizza!
Can't wait to see photos from your farm trip.
Also glad to hear Ocho is OK.
As for Karly, I certainly don't understand. Of course, I'm pretty much with my child if I'm not at work, so I'm at the other extreme!
Let me just say this about the house hunting that we have been doing. No, Kim, we are not going to live within a "rocks throw" distance of your house. :)
I would never get to see Kelley!
