So...

Lately I've gotten a few comments from an "Anonymous" calling me Slasher.

The first two messages brought a smile to my face, because I thought that I knew who it was. The third message threw me off though, and didn't make sense to me. So now I'm not so sure I know who this Anonymous is!

When I lived in Colorado Springs, I worked at a small advertising agency. My first week there, while mounting some projects on black board for a presentation, I ended up slashing my forefinger quite badly with the Xacto knife. So bad that I felt faint. Hence, the nickname Slasher was born. It's funny, but from then on, everyone there called me Slasher. I think after time a few of them probably forgot what my real name was! I kind of liked it, because I had never had a nickname before. Slasher.

I had a good friend that I worked with named Tina. So, naturally, when I saw the first comment, I thought it was Tina. We haven't been in touch lately, so I was happy to see that she was checking out my blog! I tried to email her at the address I have on file, but it was returned to me. It was her work email address, so I guess perhaps she isn't working there any longer. At any rate, I couldn't confirm that it was her.

Then I got another comment the next day. And right after, Anonymous commented again, with the following:

i know you are wondering who this is . but if you think real hard mr. comes to mind. but the house looks great. k.

The whole "mr." bit threw me off. ??? And the initial signing of "k". ???

There was a Kyle and a Kelly at that job as well, but I know that it was neither of them. So what does the "k" stand for?? And "mr.", well, the place I worked started with an M and ended in an R, so I thought maybe that was the connection?

Of course, my first screen name at 2peas was slasher too...so I suppose it's possible that someone from that website is commenting. But I don't know about that. And my name has changed on there, so it would have to be someone from years ago...

As you can see, Anonymous, I'm totally over-analyzing this and I have better things to waste my brain power on!! Just tell me who you are! :)
