::If I stumbled upon a genie and had three wishes, one of them would be this: to remove the BARKER from all dogs. Barking dogs drive me insane. I have three barking dogs. One barks, they all bark. Doorbell rings, they all bark. They hear a car drive by, they all bark. They're in the back yard and the neighbor's dog barks at them, so they bark at her. When they get neutered, can't they also remove the barker??? My life would be a lot more peaceful...
:: Why do people say they're going to do one thing, and then it doesn't happen? The plumber that installed our water heater a year and a half ago was supposed to come out this afternoon. The pipes on the unit are leaking. He said he would be out late afternoon, and that he'd call before he came. It's now almost 7:30, and no sign of him. Uh, hello??? Get your ass over here!
:: It turned gloriously cool this afternoon. Ocho and I enjoyed a brisk chilly walk, and I love this weather!
:: It's time to upgrade Ocho's Puppia harness. From XS to S. He needs to stop growing!! The XS is becoming quite difficult to get over his head, so we need to move up. He actually squealed the other day! I really like the teal one that he has, so I think I'll just get the same thing in a bigger size.
:: I also need to look into some sweaters for him. We're taking him to St. Louis with us for our week-long Thanksgiving trip, and it will be colder up there. He gets chilled very easily, so he'll need something to keep him warm.
:: Just finished The Five People You Meet in Heaven...interesting book. A very quick read, and enjoyable...now I'm onto The Guardian by Nicholas Sparks. I tell you what, I love that my new co-worker Laura is an avid reader. We're swapping!
:: We've got business casual dress for the rest of the week. I have no idea what I'm going to wear. I have one business casual outfit. How am I going to creatively squeak out three more???
:: I think I'll go read my new InTouch magazine for a few minutes, and then I'm heading to Burger King to pick up our dinner. The easy-ness of fast food is great, and no clean up...but after awhile, you're just going through the same rotation again and again. I kind of miss my cooking, actually!!! I think I'm probably the only one that does though...

I'd have to agree with the barking. Our neighbors dogs bark at us the entire time that we are outside, be it 5 minute or 55 minutes, they bark and bark. A few barks to let us know they are there No problem.. But continually drives me a little insane.
I'm ready for the cooler weather as well! I say, Bring it on!
Goodness. that Mr. Ocho is getting big. But I guess a "small" still isn't big? But bigger then when I saw him last. Hope you can find some new sweaters for him. :)
Hope the plumber shows up soon! I hate waiting on people like that. Grr.
I can't stand yappy dogs! If they ever figure out the "barker" thing, vets will make a killing, for sure. You'll have to post some pics of that puppy soon.
We've had a few cool snaps as well. But it doesn't stay...the high Friday is supposed to be 65!! WOOHOO!!
Ocho is coming to STL! Yeah!
Suppose to get to 30 degrees overnight. Better get a thick sweater!
