:: Scrumptious salisbury steak for dinner...yum! It's one of the family's favorites...thanks to my mom for her recipe!
:: Chris is sicky sicky...sinus crud and sore throat, headache. Hopefully he'll be feeling better tomorrow! He's always slightly goofy when he's sick, and is it wrong that I really love that?? :)
:: I'm hosting the October scrapbook crop...trying to decide what to make food-wise. Any ideas for a group of around 6-8 people? Something e-a-s-y.
:: Bunko is Wednesday and looking very forward to that!
:: This morning I did a new workout for P90X, and it kicked my bootie...and tomorrow is Plyometrics, my very least favorite. Ug. It's always hard to wake up on Plyo mornings. I will make my way through it though, and give my calves some extra love afterwards...
:: Chris, Aspen, and her BFF Bailey are out in the driveway playing volleyball. Someone is going to get hurt. :) The only professional out there is Bailey!
:: Work is crazy crazy, but I got caught up today from being out last week. Need to get a few things accomplished, including TRAINING with the girl who is leaving. My time is ticking away and I have so much to learn from her! We also have THREE people out on Sabbatical, and my boss will be out from Thursday until next Thursday. Lots going on.
:: Rented "Letters to Juliet" over the weekend with mom...ho hum. So predictable, and the ending was horrible. I didn't like the casting of the blonde guy, and I'm really not much of a fan of the main girl either even though she seems to be the latest "it" girl. The story wasn't very deep, and it definitely didn't make my list of "could watch this one over and over again". Oh well, can't win them all! :)
:: I'm still reading "Love and War" and am overjoyed and overwhelmed with the wealth of goodness I am soaking in. There is SO MUCH. I would have to read it twenty times for it all to sink it completely. If you are married or about to be married, I would recommend this book for sure. I think I may start giving it as a wedding gift!!!
:: Alrighty, time to relax...

Taco Soup is what I have been taking to my Croptoberfest the last few years. So easy...a can of this, a can of that. I think I am going to change it up this year and make a Cheeseburger Soup recipe that I hope to duplicate from Thyme Table!
