about time

:: It's about that time!! :) I work for four hours tomorrow, have a lunch book study with my department, and then Kim and I are off to Camp Butman for a fun weekend!!! I can not wait! We'll be in the Hillside cabin I believe...yay for us!

:: CSI...hmm...pretty disturbing tonight. A young teenage daughter killed her father by tying him to the bed with guitar strings, forcing him to eat the cremains of her own mother, slicing up his body into fragments with the guitar strings, boxing each part up in a separate box, and having them picked up by a thrift store. Ummm...I can't even wrap my brain around that.

:: Tonight, with my super Ninja, I created a concoction of pure delight!!! :) I had ice cream!! I put the ice in first and made it into snow. Then I added unsweetened chocolate almond milk, a few teaspoons of pure cocoa powder, and a little agave nectar. OMG. It was WOW. I actually got a brain freeze while eating it! I haven't had a brain freeze in about two years!

:: Who's watching The Bachelor? I'd like to hear who your pick is for the season. I'm really liking Brad. I hope that he finds someone this time and they are able to make it work.

:: Right now, I'm reading "Always the Baker, Never the Bride" by Sandra Bricker. I believe this is one of the free offers from Kindle. I've read a few now, and they aren't too bad. Lots of typos, but even I can overlook that for FREE! :)
