Monday down...and so I have three more days of work! Monday, I must say though, was pretty crazy. It was 5:15 before I knew what had happened. Whew. So much to do and so much new work coming in. I might need to close my door tomorrow and get some stuff accomplished!!
Might have a little side job doing some graduation announcements for a coworker...need to figure out the pricing and let her know. Then can start working on them AFTER Maui!
I am officially addicted to majong!
I did awesome on my eating today! Three more days just like it ahead. Interested in knowing what my stripped plan included today? Breakfast: raw oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries; hot tea. Snack #1: pineapple and blackberries, pumpkin seeds, water. Lunch: chicken salad with brown rice and veggies with no dressing, water. Snack #2: small apple, water. Dinner: salad with pumpkin seeds and slivered almonds, blackberries, strawberries, small glass of unsweetened chocolate almond milk. Ta da, that's my day. And I am honestly stuffed.
I've turned one girl at work onto clean eating; she's getting ready to try out (for a second time) for the Dallas Cheerleaders and wants to lose some weight. She's reading the book and has a lot of questions...and I am always up for talking about clean eating! There are also two other women at work who have started Weight Watchers, and they were asking me a bunch of questions too. They were especially interested in my "no white sugar/fake sugar" lifestyle...most people have a hard time grasping how that is possible!!
I have a few things to accomplish this evening, including a price quote, a cardio workout, and maybe a little relaxation if I can squeeze it in!
