today's quick bites

:: Painted my nails bright blue today...smurf blue. Too cute. :)

:: Watched the Bachelorette this evening...Ashley isn't my fave, so I hadn't planned on watching this season. Tonight was the first time I've watched, and boy...Bentley was almost as big of a jerk as Wes a few seasons back. I really feel bad for Ashely because she was falling hard and ready to send everyone else home, and he was just playing her 100%. And he couldn't even be a big enough man to make his departure short and sweet and honest. I would have been okay with him being run over by a bus as he exited the mansion.

:: Last night, I was so productive in my scrapbook room! Yay! It feels so good to wrap my fingers around my supplies again, and to think creatively. I should have plenty prepared to work on at the crop, which is the 18th. Looking so forward to producing some pages!!

:: Poppy and Ocho are getting so familiar with each other, every evening they snuggle up in the same pillow bed. It used to be as far as possible on the edges, but now they are touching and close. It's very sweet to see. Ocho has never had that before (Little Man was too grumpy, and Foster would only do it every now and then). Poppy is very affectionate and likes to be close, so it is normal for her. Ocho is warming up to her slowly, but it's happening. And they play...they run and he's panting when they're done! He's lost a little weight I think :)

:: Casual day at work tomorrow! Yay for comfy shoes!

:: Time to work on more scrapbook stuff!!!
