I'm home!

Got home last night, later than expected. Our flight from Dallas to Abilene was supposed to leave at 7:35 pm...and well, that flight did leave at 7:35...however, we were just landing in the plane from Chicago, stuck on the tarmac waiting for everyone to get their suitcases out of the overhead bin. There was no way we could make it, but we were able to get on the 9:25 flight and that went just fine. I got home around 10:30, unpacked and talked with Chris for a bit...asleep by 11:30.

Had a great trip, with lots of learning, sessions, site seeing, and food. Jeff and I were good travel companions, and it was actually a good bonding experience for us. It was good to be home though...it's always good to sleep in your own bed, and to see your family and pups!!

Back to work today...I was very snotty in the night, so didn't sleep very well. Difficult time waking up, and full day of playing catch up and figuring out what was done while I was out. My peeps did celebrate Boss' Day and gave me a beautiful daily devotional called "Jesus Calling" - it is a gorgeous leather book, and they had the cover engraved with my name. So very sweet of them.

Our zumba instructor was sick today, so I did the beast and then lifted some weights. It's been awhile since I've done weights, so I am sure I'll be sore tomorrow. And it's been a few days since I've done cardio too! Time to get back on it!!!

Tomorrow is the dress swap we've organized at work!! I am excited to see how it goes. Hopefully lots of girls will find dresses! Hopefully I do too!!!! I need to work up some tags to put on the dress.
