I'm talking about waking up every morning at 6:10 to workout with Karen Voight!
I am still loving it...and am still doing it almost every day. I have missed one or two here and there, but overall, I'm working out to one of her videos at least 5 times a week. Not too shabby for MS. UNMOTIVATED!!! I am loving her workout on the big exercise ball, and am also really into pilates. I'm not a fan of yoga, but pilates rocks!
And yes, I am definitely seeing some changes in my body. No, I don't look quite as tone and buff as Karen, but I'm seeing improvement. My stomach is getting flatter, my legs are getting tighter, my arms a little more toned.
Best of all?
I'm feeling really good about myself again. I'm feeling like I'm reclaiming MY body again. That is worth the 40 less minutes of sleep every morning. I can't tell you how PROUD I am of myself, for sticking with this. This is SO not me!!!

wish I could do the morning workout thing. But I'd have to get up by at least 5am, and that's just NOT gonna happen!
I am so proud of you for sticking with this!!! And WOO HOO on being able to tell a difference. I hope that makes up for having to get out of bed early to do it!
