mom is here tomorrow!

:: Yay for The Voice! Such a great first season, with very talented contestants! I can honestly say that I didn't have a favorite once we got to the final four, and I would've been happy for any of them to win. I was pleased that Javier won, he has an amazing voice. I know that all four will have a strong future ahead! Very sad that it's over!

:: Today was my "Friday"! I'm off tomorrow, Friday, and then Monday (holiday) and Tuesday too!!! :) So happy. Picking Mom up at the airport tomorrow at 1:15!!!!!!

:: Can't wait to post pics of the guest bedroom, it turned out so cute.

:: Nearly done with Harvesting the Heart by Jodi Picoult...it's been pretty good. It isn't a typical Jodi book though, and seems to be missing a little pizazz. I will hold judgment until I finish. Not sure what will be next. Suggestions???

:: Cleaned the house up this evening for our royal visitor...we want to show off our new home looking its best. Can't wait to show Mom...

:: Friday we are headed on a Mom/Daughter day trip to Fredericksburg...it will be so nice to spend some bonding time together in one of my favorite places.

:: Time to relax a little...tomorrow is a big day!
